Place a well soak rack with water on the print bed, positioned so you can bring the screen down and the effected area sits on top of the wet rag. Try weighing down the screen so the wet rag pushes up a little into the screen. Leave for 15 or 20 minutes then with a fresh wet rage repeat the process.
